what is your cancellation and late appointment policy?
We kindly request that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided for any appointment cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may not be possible to proceed with your appointment and you may be asked to reschedule.
PLEASE NOTE:
Outstanding fees must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
All subsequent appointments may require full payment in advance to secure the booking.
